We launched in 2014 to shake up the travel industry. Our aim is to revolutionise the outdated image of the group travel sector with an on-point and aspirational lifestyle brand experience. Pre-Covid, we were a high-growth, mid-stage start-up with proven product-market fit in over 15 global markets. Customers who travelled with us LOVED it and we were growing really fast as a result. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our Adventure Operations team. The focus of this role is to deliver exceptional service to our customers before, during and after travel.
Customer Experience Manager - UK
We are redefining what an amazing customer experience looks like by going the extra mile to differentiate ourselves from the competition. This role goes beyond the traditional parameters of customer service by adding the WOW back into every Flashpacker’s experience all whilst scaling very quickly.

- WHERE ARE YOUR ROLES BASED?
- We call our way of working ‘remote-flexible’. You can read more about it here. You can work from anywhere in the UK as long as you are happy to come to London every 4-6 weeks or so. If you enjoy more regular face to face interaction, living close to London would be advantageous.
- DO YOU OFFER INTERNSHIPS AND WORK EXPERIENCE?
- We offer internships across various departments, so keep an eye out on our LinkedIn Page, as we post them on there like regular roles. Due to this current time of rapid growth, we aren’t able to offer work experience to students.
- CAN I APPLY BY EMAIL?
